This pilgrimage attracts to over 100 participants and includes a procession around the town to the old county jail, the store where Jonathan Daniels was killed and a memorial set up in a corner of the County Square. Following the procession, the marchers walk to the County Courthouse of a Eucharist and the honoring of the other Martyrs of Alabama that were slain during the civil rights movement of the 1960's.
